Composting trials will be conducted in olive groves with a total area of 10-20 acres in Crete and Lesbos Island. Applying soil additives and monitoring the olive trees' condition will span two years.

The quantity of the produced products for their application in this olive grove area is sufficient to acquire reliable conclusions. The team will collect the data from active olive groves on a full scale.
