Mr. Kokkinelis produces the organic olive oil brand Seven Olea , which has a health claim. The olive groves are located in Arkalochori, Heraklion, Crete. He is a third-year student of Agriculture at the Hellenic Mediterranean University. Additionally, he studied Business Administration at Nottingham Trent University and Economics at the University of Portsmouth.

Regarding the cultivation of the olive groves, strict principles of organic management are followed, respecting the trees and nature. Weeds are controlled through mowing, and pruned branches are shredded. The fruit is placed in 25-liter plastic crates during harvesting, and the final product is transported and stored in stainless steel tanks.

Electric rod harvesting is used for the collection. The olive oil is filtered within five days from the pressing date and is standardized in 250 and 500-ml glass bottles. Seven Olea participates in quality competitions such as the Olympic Awards, Athena, and Mediterranean Taste Awards. One of the significant moments was the gold award for health claim in the 2022 Olympic Awards competition.
